To secure your wedding date, a booking fee must be paid. All booking fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
Once Fergal receives your booking fee, he will send you a Confirmation email.
Fergal can guide you through the various dancers’ options. Your final troupe numbers can be confirmed with him as late as 4 weeks out from your wedding.
On the night of the wedding, CELTIC DANCE FUSION will arrive on-site 30 minutes prior to agreed show-time. This allows for dancers to warm up, change into costume and be ready, side stage.
Full wedding balance to be paid on the night to the appointed dance captain and prior to every performance. Personal / Business cheques will NOT be accepted.
Yes, CELTIC DANCE FUSION have Full Public & Employers Liability. The Insurance details can be emailed to your wedding venue, if requested.
Contact will be made between Fergal and your band / DJ at least one week prior to your wedding, to liaise with them regarding linking into their PA system. All part of our 5* service.
CELTIC DANCE FUSION will NEVER charge an overtime fee. Weddings, by their very nature can run slightly behind schedule, which in fact, is a sign of a great day, being had by all.
If any Bride/Groom, bridal party or guests has “Irish danced” in the past and would like to join in with us, please mention this to Fergal and he’ll be more than happy to accommodate this request.
